Coloring Between the Lines of Your Personality and Management Styles

Workshop attendees will learn the basic characteristics of four dominant personality styles and through testing be able to identify which style is their own. The personality styles of team members as well as that of the leader affect team management so management and conflict resolution patterns common to each personality styles will also be discussed.
